About Tax:
Customs duties in the recipient’s country/region are the customer’s responsibility. Costs incurred due to delivery delays, address modifications, cancellations, or returns for personal reasons are borne by the buyer.
Tracking:
You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided (the tracking number will be active within 24 hours). Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays. Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update. If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us, and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours on working days.
Delivery Time Exceeded:

Return Policy
Cancel or Modify Your Order:
If you haven’t received the shipping notification, you can cancel or modify your order by contacting our customer service via email or live chat on our website. We’ll assist you within 24 hours on working days after receiving your email. Full refund will be provided upon order cancellation. Please note, as emails are not instant, if your order has already been shipped when we process your request, we won’t be able to cancel or modify it. Please review your order information carefully before placing it.
If you’ve received the shipping notification, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Kindly wait for your package to arrive, and you may choose to keep it or contact us for a return and refund.
Return and Refund:
